地理位置：
涿州市萬基業食品有限公司于2006年7月成立，占地面積近60000平方米,位于美麗的京南生態衛星城——涿州市東仙坡鎮青崗旅游道6號，地理位置優越，交通極為便利，毗鄰107國道，距離北京50公里，距保定80公里，距天津100公里。公司生產園區總建筑面積一萬五千平方米，環境整潔、擁有現代化生產設備、宿舍樓、職工食堂、裝修工程、鍋爐房、水井、外網、綠化帶以及其他附屬工程，總投資達4000萬元人民幣。
規模：
公司注冊商標亞天力，四個車間、五條生產線，分別為桶裝水生產線一條；直線型瓶裝水生產線一條；吹罐旋瓶裝水生產線一條。

2005.6
同年6月獲得涿州經濟發展局《涿州市固定資產投資項目備案》于9月20日公司正式動工興建，并招聘多人到周邊省市開始進行產品的推銷工作。
2005.1
因近年來國內外對枸杞的有效成分，如枸杞多糖的藥理研究日益活躍。證明了它有廣闊的市場前景。公司于2005年初開始著手編制項目可行性報告，后獲得中國農業科學院北京食品工業研究的兩家食品科研單位的認可
2006.12
2006年底廠房、車間、辦公樓、職工宿舍等建筑基本竣工
2007.2
2007年初，投入批量生產，2月份產品順利進入沈陽、太原、濟南、鄭州等市場，客戶反映良好。
